The Board of the park
The Board of the Sosnowiec Science and Technology Park
The Board holds scientific and factual supervision over the functioning of the Park and acts as its ambassador in the field of science and economy. It supports the Director in terms of the development and co-sharing of the Park. The Board is responsible for: approving the Park documentation, approving the evaluation criteria for potential tenants, evaluating plans for the Park development and operation from the scientific and technical point of view, programming the directions and trends in the Park development in cooperation with the Director.
The members of the Board are:

- dr inż. Arkadiusz Szmal – Dyrektor Centrum Innowacji i Transferu Technologii Politechniki Śląskiej, Politechnika Śląska, – Director of the Innovation and Technology Transfer Centre at the Silesian University of Technology, Silesian University of Technology
- prof. dr hab. n. med. Krystyna Olczyk – Prorektor ds. szkolenia podyplomowego, Śląski Uniwersytet Medyczny w Katowicach, – Vice-rector for Postgraduate Training, Medical University of Silesia in Katowice
